Title: Matrix near-rings over planar near-rings
Content: W.-F. Ke is a frequent visitor in Linz and the second advisor of G. Wendt's Ph.D.-thesis. T. Boykett, P. Mayr, C. Neumaier, and G. Wendt each visited the National Cheng-Kung University for research stays up to 2 weeks. They considered varieties of planar near-rings. Also the structure of matrix near-rings over integral planar near-rings was investigated. A joint paper is in preparation.
